Our fees depend on the services you desire. We pride ourselves on competitive pricing with great customer service and talented accountants.
Our tax advisor fees are based on an annual fee and range from $300 per return to $5000 per return. This is a large range understandably but our clientele is quite diverse and consists of individual returns, small businesses, non-profits and medium sized corporations. This annual fee includes a plethora of items from an annual tax projection to regular e-mails and/or phone calls assisting you with various accounting needs. We prefer to deal with any difficulties when you need them to be dealt with, without receiving an invoice a week later for a small chunk of money.
Our bookkeeping and consulting fees range from $75 per hour to $125 per hour. We are extremely qualified in many different business types and in various accounting software, including the infamous Quickbooks. The Layered Accounting team can help with the minor bookkeeping needs of any small business or assist an entire accounting department in creating a streamlined accounting process and train the bookkeepers on staff to create a strong accounting team.
Our payroll fees start at $105 per month and are based on the number of employees and contractors your company has on staff. There are no added fees for direct deposit, quarterlies or year-end items. It is a set fee for every month. We REALLY don't like hidden fees.
Our HR fees are also based on a monthly fee and determined by the amount of employees in your organization. We have various options in regards to 401K tracking, health and benefit tracking, onboarding for employees and time tracking systems. We have all the answers for employee hiring and firing, overtime requirements, sick and vacation requirements and we keep you up to date with all of the new laws as they come to fruition.
